HIGHEST YOGA TANTRA:
In highest yoga tantra, we visualize ourselves as a meditational deity with consort, emphasizing the continuous union and inseparability of Wisdom and Compassion, Voidness and Bliss. These mind-states and their manifestations during practice are the main focus even while performing external rituals. This is called the Generation Stage. Later practices involve working with inner channels and winds. This are referred to as the Completion Stage practices.
All phenomena are ultimately without essence. All relative appearances are viewed as aspects of the deity and their mandala.
